About Hale

Activity and health, in context.

Hale lets you start a workout or log an activity, then review your training history and cardio trends. It brings those records together with sleep, recovery, and strain, so you can understand how activity fits into your health data.

Hale is currently in beta. We’re inviting early users to try it and help shape what comes next.
